Our Story
Cold-Call Refrigeration was established in 2009 by Seamus Coffey, initially operating as a sole trader in County Mayo. Steady growth, including the award of a national contract for refrigeration services in 2016, led to the company becoming incorporated as Cold-Call Refrigeration Limited.
What We Do
Cold-Call Refrigeration provides a commercial refrigeration breakdown service for some of Ireland’s leading ‘Fast-Moving Commercial Goods’ businesses. We also manage a temperature monitoring and compliance platform on behalf of one of the world’s leading loss prevention companies.
The Cold-Call name comes from, this proactive approach – a properly managed temperature monitoring system allows us to identify and attend to a fault before the customer is even aware their equipment has broken down.
We cover the island of Ireland, with engineers strategically located to serve all regions. We are F-Gas compliant and use the BrightHr and BrightSafe management systems to maintain our standards across health and safety, and training.
